Returns and Exchanges

Regarding product returns and exchanges, we will only accept returns or exchanges for the same product if you contact us via the inquiry form or info@kikiandmonis.com within 7 days of receiving the product .

However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the same product if the following conditions apply:

② Products that show signs of use or washing (including dry cleaning) (including products with wrinkles, creases, scratches, odors, etc.) or products that have been altered at the time of purchase or after purchase

③ Products that cannot be confirmed as having been purchased on this website

④ Products with lost invoice

⑤ Products where the tags or labels have been removed or lost by the Member

⑥ If the condition of the product (including but not limited to the box, product, spare buttons, and other accessories) at the time of return is damaged, soiled, or lost compared to when it was delivered.

⑦ Products in which the packaging is part of the product and the packaging has been opened
